Templates – Part 3, Schedule Activities

Templates allow PRIVV users to configure their company's PRIVV to their specific industry and the types of projects they'll be creating in PRIVV. The user will need to configure Project Types, Cost Codes, Schedule Activities, and Workplan Tasks.

Part 3 – Schedule Activities

Schedules can be configured so the Project Manager has a consistent template for each project and doesn't have to write an exhaustive list of activities for every new project. 

To configure Schedule Activities in PRIVV, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Schedule Activities.
2. Click the + New button.
3. Enter the title and description for the Schedule Activity category.
4. Click the green checkmark.
5. Click the checkbox if the Schedule activity is a milestone.
6. Enter the title and description for the Schedule Activity.
7. Click the + button to add the Schedule Activity.
8. Click on the checkbox of the Schedule Activity to add tasks to the item.
9. Enter the title and description for the task.
10. Click the + button to add the task.
11. Click the green checkmark.
12. Return to the Configuration module to complete Part 4.
